Patterson Homes and Remodeling is locally owned and operated by Josh Patterson of Grimes, Iowa. Josh has over twenty years of experience in all phases of the construction process, and has been in business since 2005. Josh has a true passion for building and it shows in every home remodel he does, and in every home he builds. Josh's attention to detail is obvious in his work and he treats every home as if it were his own.
